Who doesn’t like picking up a little souvenir for themselves?
Well, visitors to the official Mercedes-Benz Museum can now treat themselves to the ultimate souvenir – a classic Mercedes to drive home in.
It has been announced that the Mercedes-Benz Museum will be selling classic cars from its base in Stuttgart, Germany. Don’t worry, I’m sure they do snow globes as well.
The aptly named Mercedes ‘All Time Stars’ collection has been split into three mouth-watering categories. First up we have Premium Edition focusing on classic cars in rare original condition with very few miles on the clock – vehicles that have been lovingly restored by the experts at Mercedes-Benz Classic in Fellbach/Stuttgart.
Next up there’s the Collectors Edition. Cars in excellent condition both technically and visually, their patina giving them a particularly special character.
And last but certainly not least, the Drivers Edition. Vintage vehicles and modern classics suitable for everyday driving and for people who want to tinker. These cars are in excellent technical condition but still offer potential for further restoration work.
Each vehicle faces a comprehensive 160-point inspection, and current stock ranges from a 1929 Type 630 Kompressor to a 1998 CLK Le Mans car.
